Hi guys,


I have been trying to lose weight for a while now...since i fell sick i have gained about 40 pounds of water gain due to medicines and their side affects. I have a friend who is Korean and i have not seen her since she gave birth to her son ...well i saw her yesterday and i almost fell out of my chair, oh my goodness she lost so much weight that i almost did not recognize her. I asked my friend how she lost all that weight, she told me about Wakame , its a seaweed with which you can make a soup or salad out of it.  So i have tried it , it taste really good and i seem to be less bloated ..i am going to do this to see how much weight i lose and i will keep u guys updated as well...in the meanwhile try it and tell me what you think :) good luck!
